This hotel stands out with its chic decor and clean spaces. i particularly enjoyed the south beach restaurant. Its cuisine was good. the outdoor pool provided a relaxing experience, and the spa services were rejuvenating. it was a nice visit and exceeded my expectations
the wardrobe space in my room was quite limited. i felt more drawer space or additional hooks would have been beneficial, especially for a longer stay.

the hotel looked fancy. i had a suite with a sea view. but the air conditioning didn't work very well. it was stuck at 16°c, i was freezing! the staff moved us. but they split up my family, i was so mad. the coffee i ordered was cold too, that wasn't great.

The heated outdoor pool was amazing!!! i loved sitting by it for hours. the garden suite was also beautiful and overlooked the pool. It felt so luxurious.
the glasses in the room had lipstick on them. i did contact reception, but nothing happened.

I was happy with the room size. It was quite spacious. The bathroom and shower were excellent, a definite plus! The hotel also had some excellent facilities and views, which I enjoyed a lot.
I found some strange things . Breakfast arrived nicely laid out, but without cutlery. The items we chose were on the same plate. The toast, for example, came on one plate for us to share. I was surprised about that.

The valet parking service was efficient. Spa treatments met my expectations. I particularly loved the outdoor heated pool area. The rooms presented excellent decor throughout my stay. The breakfast included a good selection. The outdoor pool was well-kept. The indoor pool and spa area offered a relaxing environment. I found staff training was evident. The location allows for quick access to the beach. The rooms were of great quality. The allocation in the annex was a very short walk to the main building. The pool always looked clean.
I found the orange wristband a bit tacky to wear when using the pool facilities.

The staff at the front desk were consistently helpful with directions and recommendations. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness. I appreciated the promptness with which requests were handled, ensuring a smooth experience. The level of attention was remarkable.

My room had air conditioning which was very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and I found the bathroom perfect. Robes were provided daily and the mini bar was good.
I found the wardrobe space minimal and almost unusable. There were only two short hanging spaces with a shelf in between. There was no shelf space in the bathroom for personal toiletries and nowhere to put my bags once unpacked.
